shipping times

Most one-of-a-kind pieces will ship between 2-3 business days, unless specified otherwise. Any made-to-order items will ship after about three weeks of order. Once shipped you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

returns & exchanges

If you would like to return your piece, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as packing it safely for travel. Any discounted pieces (due to sale or seconds) are final sale. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we've made a mistake or a piece arrives damaged. To return a piece, please send an email to contact@northwindowceramics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to continuing issues shipping internationally, we are only shipping to the following countries at this time:

Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand

Please be aware that there may be additional customs charges, taxes, or fees to receive the package in your country. Any additional charges after the base shipping cost are the responsibility of the recipient. Once the package leaves my studio we are not able to access any information beyond what is available on the tracking page, and are not responsible for any delays or missing shipments.
